נֶשֶׁר אוֹמֵר. וְאַתָּה יְהוָה אֱלֹהִים צְבָאוֹת אֱלֹהֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל,

L'aigle dit : «  Tu es bien l'Éternel, Dieu des Armées, Dieu d'Israël ; réveille-Toi pour châtier tous ces peuples, n'épargne aucun de ces perfides malfaiteurs ! Selah. » (Psaumes 59:6)

The Vulture is saying, “And You, God, Lord of Hosts, Lord of Israel, awake to punish all the nations; do not be gracious to  any  wicked  traitors,  sela!” (Psalms 59:6)
